“Julefred” (in English: Christmas peace) is the Christmas concert that is often referred to as the great northern Norwegian Christmas concert. Jardar, together with his musicians, has held his Christmas tour for over 20 years, not only in Norway, but they have also visited the USA, Sweden. For many people, the concert in the Arctic Cathedral has become a tradition that cannot deviate, and it is the highlight for everyone involved. Jardar is jopined by his daughters, Sunniva and Rebecca, and a band consisting of Svein Schultz, Christian N Mathisen, Stine Maren Steien and Jonas Karlsen. Together they deliver one of the most varied Christmas concerts you could wish for. With evocative music, in a blissful mix of tradition, Disney and classic great Christmas carols, warmly wrapped in Northern Norwegian mood and humour. And, as always, there will be some surprises.
