This year, the choir Vokal Nord contributes to the popular Northern Lights concerts.

Vokal Nord is located in Tromsø and is referred to as one of Norway’s foremost vocal ensembles. The choir has  specializes in European early music, especially Baroque, in addition to contemporary music inspired by the Sami music tradition. At a concert with Vokal Nord, you will also hear the joik  as well as classical European choral music.

Artistic director is Bjørn Andor Drage.

 

The doors open at 22:30 h.
