Tromsø City Orchestra is Tromsø’s only amateur symphony orchestra. The orchestra has full symphonic crew, and accepts  members among amateur musicians from Tromsø and the surrounded areas. The orchestra has a varied program and holds 4-5 concerts a year. Sergei Osadchuk is a professor at the  Music Conservatory, where he teaches piano.
