The organ safari is an annual happening during Tromsø international church festival (TIK). From the entertaining and experienced guide Knut Hansvold we learn some more about music, churches and organs, while the bus takes us from Tromsø Cathedral to the Conservatory, and then to Kroken church and The Arctic cathedral. The festival theme “From darkness to light” is illustrated by various composers and performers. This year the organists Erlend Karlsen, Ole Johan Madsen, Solveig Marie Oma, Maria Daniela Rasch and Linde Mothes will play the organs. The bus takes us back to the centre of Tromsø about kl. 20.30 h.
