Concert with the ensemble Vokal Nord

The opening concert at Tromsø International Church festival  will  this year be  by Vokal Nord, which is a local vocal ensemble, but olso one of the best in Norway . The choir’s repertoire covers a vast historical record, from the Middle Ages to the 21st century. In this opening concert they give us music from the Baroque period. Henry Purcell (1659-1695) and Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) are the most important composers. The ensemble keeps up with the festival’s motto, from darkness to light. The choir is accompanied by a compound orchestra .

Ticket price: NOK 250 (full price) /NOK 150 (children and students).
